Fantastische ervaring gehad bij Basworld met verkoper Rick. Vanaf het eerste contact super professioneel geholpen, eerlijk en duidelijk, zonder mooie praatjes of gedoe. Gewoon recht door zee en alles perfect geregeld van begin tot eind.
Mijn Toyota ProAce City stond er keurig netjes bij en alles was precies zoals afgesproken. Rick weet waar hij over praat en neemt je serieus mee in het traject. Dat geeft vertrouwen, zeker bij de aankoop van een bedrijfswagen.
Absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een betrouwbare partij en goede service. De volgende keer dat ik weer een auto nodig heb, bel ik zonder twijfel eerst Rick, Topservice!

Ik heb een DAF LF:70317796 gekocht bij basworld.com voor 80.000 euro. Bij het ophalen van het voertuig brandden het motorstoringslampje en het AdBlue-waarschuwingslampje al. Ik heb gevraagd om deze problemen op te lossen of hiervoor een compensatie te geven. Via WhatsApp werd bevestigd dat het probleem opgelost zou worden.
Na vertrek gingen de storingslampen echter al na ongeveer 25 km opnieuw branden. Het probleem bleek dus niet opgelost te zijn.
Ik heb meerdere keren contact opgenomen via e-mail om een oplossing te vinden. Daarnaast heb ik 795 euro aan servicekosten betaald, maar de storing bestaat nog steeds.
Mijn ervaring met de service na de aankoop was teleurstellend. Voor de verkoop verliep de communicatie goed, maar daarna kreeg ik weinig ondersteuning bij het oplossen van het probleem.

Vandaag een MAN opgehaald bij Bas World. Super vlot is de afhandeling gegaan en zelden zo netjes en vlot geholpen. Eerder bij de aanschaf van de bus ook al goed geïnformeerd door Rick over alle mogelijkheden. Hij heeft goed de tijd genomen en was zeer duidelijk. De volgende auto die we gaan bestellen gaat ook weer via Rick lopen, beloofd.

Goed geholpen en een goede uitleg en bezichtiging van een mooie rode Fiat Ducato gehad helaas niet tot overeenstemming gekomen het missen van een cruise controle was de deal breker Dankjewel Lou Seegers
Nadat we toch nog tot overeenstemming zijn gekomen en de deal was gesloten ben ik geconfronteerd met een grote en grove nalatigheid door de verkoper
Mondeling afgesproken en betaald aflever pakket is niet uitgevoerd of gedeeltelijk uitgevoerd
Verkoper heeft de verkoop niet meer gevolgd enkel na telefoon of wattsapp gesprekken heeft hij de moeite genomen om er achter aan te gaan
Persoonlijk face too face contact met de verkoper Lou Seegers was kennelijk niet mogelijk
Voor mij is nogmaals een voertuig bij BAS kopen geen aanrader
